TWO NEAR-EASTERN BOTTLES FROM THE FIRST CENTURY AD (GLASS MUSEUM, LIÈGE): ANALYTICAL APPROACH

Two first century AD bottles of the collection of the Glass Museum of Liège, Belgium, were analyzed by X-ray analysis in the electron microscope (SEM-EDX). The results will be presented and interpreted in their historical context. The obtained results for the hexagonal bottle will demonstrate the difference in glass fabrication of the neck and the paunch.
